Matza + Pizza = Me



SO, how did I end up with such a large appetite and love of the kitchen... let's start from the beginning...

I must credit my Sicilian side for some of the kitchen skills (and definitely my enormous-sometimes-disgusting-appetite) … what can I say it’s in our blood… check out some of the delicious food cooked and enjoyed in my dad’s hometown of Palermo, Sicily.

Fresh seafood, arancini (or rice balls as we like to call them in NY) and gelato shared with the family… what could be better.







God I love cured meats and cheese. – snacks
